Work

Find the story that sounds like your week.

Every project here started with an owner saying one of three things. Pick the one you’ve said, scroll through what changed, then see how we’d work on it together.

  1. Problem 01

“My customers still have to call me to buy anything.”

You want customers to buy, and send requests, without you on the phone.

Usually starts with Brand & Business Foundations →

  2. The Gunter Metals metal counter on a laptop: “Metal, cut to length. Ready today.” over a jobsite photo.

Gunter Metals · metal fabrication, Middle Tennessee

From a contact form to a digital metal counter

Customers order metal cut to length from a phone, see live stock, and requests flow into the shop’s CRM and quoting tool.

  4. Problem 02

“We paid for the software. My team still works around it.”

You want your people to actually use the new way of working, because it fits how they work.

Usually starts with AI Opportunity Sprint →

  5. The AB Paperless app: tiles for working with files, running meetings, taking notes and chatting with colleagues.

    AllianceBernstein · global asset manager

    Taking 6,000 people off paper

3,500 employees and 2,500 contractors moved onto digital workflows, with an iPad app that taught people to work digitally.

    AllianceBernstein · institutional sales

Mapping a 20-year sale, and the CRM advisors skipped

  7. Problem 03

“Nothing moves unless I’m in the room.”

You want your team to make good calls, and keep work moving, without waiting on you.

Usually starts with Fractional AI & Growth Partner →

  8. The Included Org Health Scorecard: a sentence-style control above a quarterly table with trend lines, on a coral cover.

Included · AI people analytics, acquired by Phenom

A design system and a process an offshore team could build from

A design system built from the ground up and six pages in every feature file, so developers built only what was settled.
